We're happy to provide a full refund for items in their original condition provided you contact us within 15 days of receipt to process a return. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged.
In case the goods are damaged
We strive to create prints and goods that we are proud of, and do so with our trusted partners. Occasionally, prints may have minor imperfections or be damaged in transit. If your items have been damaged, we can replace the item(s) at no additional charge to you.
